Our founder, Joss Bravo-Bonetti, is an attorney in Venezuela and the United States, licensed to practice in the State of Texas and in Immigration Courts throughout the country.
Bravo-Bonetti specializes in immigration, family and intellectual property matters. He has extensive experience in political asylum cases before the Immigration Courts and before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). As a proud Venezuelan-American, Joss understands the unique plight of his fellow immigrants, and passionately works alongside them to protect their rights.

Scott David Weaver, Esq.
Attorney at Law
Scott Weaver represents clients at immigration courts across the country and before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Mr. Weaver has extensive experience defending immigrants facing deportation and focuses on representing asylum seekers. He is also experienced in family-based immigration, including family petitions, adjustment of status, and consular processing.
Mr. Weaver believes that immigrants strengthen our communities and that everyone deserves dignity and stability. He considers it a great privilege to help his clients navigate the complexities of the United States immigration system.
